End DeHumanization
End DeHumanization is an original deconstructed sound piece and performance work. The intention behind this piece is to engage in discourse about the dehumanization of African American men, women, and children.
End DeHumanization is a response to the police murders of Black Men, and the heightened tensions surrounding the deaths of Eric Garner and Trayvon Martin. The original performance piece is set to original sound composition deconstructing sound recordings and incorporating healing tonal pulses of 440 hz and a drum pattern from Ghana used for healing after loss of family.
